LXGType center drive mud suction machine (single tube mud suction machine)
Working principle and structure
The central transmission mud suction machine is mainly composed of a transmission structure, a central vertical frame, a mud suction frame, a mud scraper frame, a mud scraper and a skimming mechanism. Sewage enters the water distribution tank from the periphery and flows evenly into the sedimentation tank through the water distribution holes at the bottom of the tank. Under the action of the peripheral water inlet baffles, the water flows from the bottom of the tank to the center and returns from the top to the surrounding outlet tanks. The peripheral water distribution tank adopts the uneven distribution design of variable cross-section water distribution holes to ensure the uniformity of peripheral water distribution. The driving device drives the variable-diameter sludge suction pipe fixed on the truss to slowly rotate along the bottom of the pool. The specially designed series of orifices on the sludge pipe use hydrostatic pressure as the power to suck the sludge deposited on the bottom of the pool into the sludge pipe and discharge it from the sludge discharge tube. The scum scraper scrapes the scum on the surface of the sedimentation tank to the slag collecting hopper and discharges it out of the tank.
Scope of application
LXGType center drive sludge suction machine is suitable for sludge discharge from sedimentation tanks where water enters the periphery and water flows out of the periphery. It can overcome the difficulties of activated sludge with small specific gravity, high water content and difficulty in scraping. That is, while suctioning sludge, part of the sludge can also be scraped by the scraper and discharged directly, and the amount of sludge suction can be adjusted arbitrarily.
