       The integrated inclined plate sedimentation equipment is a water treatment equipment based on the shallow pond sedimentation theory and combines multi-layer, multi-grid and inclined plate sedimentation. The device has the advantages of small floor space, low engineering investment, high processing efficiency, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The sewage enters the flocculation and settling area through the inlet distribution energy dissipation device. Under the action of gravity, some larger and heavier solid particles sink to the sludge area by gravity. The remaining solid particles rise to the inclined plate sedimentation layer with the water flow. Here, the shallow pool sedimentation theory is used to quickly shorten the sedimentation time by using the distance between the inclined plates to achieve rapid solid-liquid separation. The separated clean water is discharged through the upper overflow tank. When the specific gravity of the sludge in the suspended sludge area reaches a certain concentration, it sinks into the sludge transport tank at the bottom of the sedimentation tank, is driven by gravity and is discharged from the sludge outlet in the middle, and enters the sludge concentration system for treatment.
