Product Introduction
       MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) integrated sewage treatment equipment combines membrane separation technology with biotechnology for advanced water treatment. The system uses membrane separation modules to retain activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank, eliminating the need for a secondary settling tank. The membrane bioreactor process significantly enhances bioreactor functionality through membrane separation technology, greatly increasing activated sludge concentration while allowing independent control of hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT).
       The equipment features a PLC control system with cloud platform management, enabling triple-mode operation: on-site control, PC remote control, and mobile device control — achieving truly comprehensive remote monitoring without the need for dedicated personnel.
       In the MBR reaction zone, suspended fillers with large specific surface areas are added, which remain in a fluidized state under aeration and water flow. Different types of microorganisms attach to the inside and outside of the suspended filler, forming an internal anaerobic and external aerobic environment, making each suspended filler a micro-reactor. Nitrification and denitrification reactions occur simultaneously in these micro-reactors to achieve efficient nitrogen removal. The BAF reaction zone integrates biological reaction and suspended solids interception, effectively removing COD, NH₃-N, TP, SS and other pollutants.
