Working principle and structure

       This machine consists of a driving truss, a driving device, a skimming mechanism, a scraper lifting mechanism, a program control and a limiting device. The retracting and unwinding devices for power lines and signal lines can provide cable reels, sliding contact lines and sliding wire devices according to user requirements. When the mud scraping mechanism returns without scraping mud, all the mud scraping rakes are lifted. When returning to the starting position of the mud scraper, the mud scraper rake falls.

Scope of application
       This machine is suitable for the mechanical removal of sludge, sand and scum in counter-flow advection sedimentation tanks and grit settling tanks. It is mostly used in primary sedimentation tanks, with counter-flow mud scraping and downstream slag discharge.
