ZXG center drive mud scraper
Working principle and structure

The ZXG center drive sludge scraper is mainly composed of the main beam (working bridge), center support, driving device, sludge scraping device, scum scraper, flow stabilizer, scum rake plate, small scraper, overflow device and control cabinet. The scum scraper, scum rake plate and scum funnel form a skimming mechanism, which can effectively remove scum from the water surface. The main beam is a large component that connects the central support and the traveling end beam. There are walkway plates and railings on it. The bottom of the steel beam is connected with a mud scraper, a skimming mechanism, and a small scraper. The traveling end beam is driven to complete the work of scraping mud and slag.

Application scope
The sewage is distributed through the central flow tube and flows to the surrounding overflow tank. As the flow rate decreases, the suspended solids in the sewage are separated and settle at the bottom of the tank. The precipitated sludge is scraped and collected by the scraper into the central sludge collecting tank, and is discharged from the sludge pipe by hydrostatic pressure.
