Working Principle
       JJ type mechanical accelerating clarifier mixing and mud scraper are used in the accelerated clarifier of water supply projects. The raw water mixture that has been put into the coagulant and the active sludge in the clarifier form a sludge reflux and contact reaction through the lifting effect of the clarification and stirring to form larger flocs, which are sedimented and separated by the separation chamber. The remaining sludge is scraped by the mud scraper to the sludge discharge hopper and discharged by hydrostatic pressure.

Applicable Conditions
       1, suitable for clarification treatment of domestic drinking water and industrial water.
       2, inlet water suspended matter content:
       (1) without mechanical scraping: generally not exceeding 1000 mg/L, and not exceeding 3000 mg/L in a short period of time.
       (2) with mechanical mud scraping: 1000–5000 mg/L, and not exceeding 10000 mg/L in a short period of time. When the suspended solids frequently exceed 5000 mg/L, a pre-settling tank should be added.
       (3) effluent turbidity is generally not greater than 10 mg/L, and not greater than 50 mg/L in a short period of time.
       (4) the change in inlet water temperature per hour is not greater than 2°C in a short period of time.
