Provide users withUPVCmaterial and304There are two choices of stainless steel water purification equipment; rural drinking water equipment uses physical filtration methods to integrate aeration, sedimentation, multi-layer filtration, automatic backwashing, dissolved oxygen, automatic control, automatic sewage discharge and other processes used in water treatment. It can effectively remove suspended solids, sediment, algae, organic matter in the water, ammonia, carbon dioxide, iron and manganese metal ions, etc. The entire purification process does not require manual intervention and is easy to operate and maintain.
Equipment purification process
1, coagulant dosing
According to the turbidity of the raw water, dosing equipment is used to control the dosage of coagulant. The dosing system adopts: electric metering pump control and dosing tank.
2, mixed reaction
The raw water and coagulant are fully and evenly mixed in the pipe mixer, which is beneficial to the coagulation reaction. After the mixed raw water is coagulated, the suspended impurities and colloidal particles in the water will form uniform and coarse alum flowers, which will facilitate subsequent solid-liquid separation.
3,precipitation
The coagulated alum water rises to the sedimentation zone and automatically precipitates, achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation, which not only reduces the burden on the filtration system, but also saves a large amount of backflush water.
4, aeration
simulation“Waterfall”In this way, water and air are fully contacted and a large amount of dissolved oxygen is incorporated. The dissolved oxygen reacts with pollutants to remove some harmful substances; aeration not only overflows harmful gases such as ammonia and carbon dioxide in the water, but also enhances the cohesion effect of pollutants in the water, which is beneficial to the next step of filtration.
5,filter
The aerated water enters the fine filter tank, and the tiny alum flowers remaining in the water are intercepted by the filter layer, and the effluent turbidity0.3~3NTU. 6, backwash
The increase in dirt retained by the filter layer causes the water level to rise. When it reaches the design height, the filter layer is backwashed. After the flushing is completed, the filter material is automatically arranged and reset to resume filtration. Backwash water is provided by the filter’s own water tank, and the backwash strength8~16l/s·㎡, the backlash duration3~8minute.
