Structure
       JY type dosing device is equipped with a fiberglass chemical dissolving tank, an electric mixer, two chemical solution tanks, a dosing pump and piping, a steel platform ladder and other components to form a complete system.
       JY type three models of dosing devices are composed of three parts: 1, mixer; 2, solution tank; 3, measuring devices and dosing equipment.

Selection and Operating Instructions
       1, When the dosing device must be used continuously, at least two sets of devices are required: one for working and one for preparing the solution.
       2, When adding chemicals, the circulating cooling water system needs to be cleaned with water or chemicals to activate the metal surfaces of the cooling tower filler and heat exchanger pipes, and then perform pre-filming treatment. The pre-filming chemical dosage is 200–300 ppm and the pre-filming time is 24–48 hours.
       3, According to the required solution concentration, the volume of the tank and the purity of the chemical, measure the amount of chemical and water, add the chemical to the tank, open the water supply valve, and add the required amount of water.
       4, Start the mixer to completely dissolve the added chemical and stir evenly. Before dosing, open the 45° angle cut-off valve (Dg32) to fill the solution tank. At the same time, adjust the metering device (metering pump or rotor flowmeter) to the required dosing amount, then open the 45° angle cut-off valve (Dg25) at the bottom of the solution tank to start dosing.
       5, In order to prevent the concentration of circulating cooling water from increasing, pipeline filters and bypass filtering devices need to be installed.
