Main features

Working principle
       The polymer solution preparation process is completed step by step through each solution tank. The solution tanks are separated from each other. The dissolution time and constant concentration are achieved in each solution tank. Do not create short flows between the prefabricated mixing tank and the solution storage tank. The liquid level gauge sends a signal according to the liquid level and is controlled by electrical self-power. Once the liquid level reaches“low position”, that is, open the electronic water inlet valve and start the dry powder dosing machine at the same time. The amount of dry powder and water can be accurately adjusted to obtain the required concentration. As the water inflow increases, the liquid level reaches“high position”This drug dissolving cycle is stopped. The mixer is in working order.
