       LB type chain plate rotary grid decontamination machine is a continuous working cleaning equipment produced by our company. The grate intercepts debris in the liquid. The rake tooth plates are pulled by plate chains on both sides and run in a cycle. The spacing between the rake tooth plates is 12m-1.5m, which can effectively remove larger debris such as wood blocks and bamboo poles and mud and sand at the bottom of the grille.

       1. The driving device adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has low noise, compact structure and smooth and safe operation.
       2. The rack has a unique frame structure, which is highly rigid and easy to install and maintain. It is divided into carbon steel and stainless steel, and the carbon steel frame is treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
       3. The transmission parts are made of stainless steel, which can effectively prevent corrosion damage to the equipment.
       4. The rake tooth plate is processed by CNC machine tools with high precision and beautiful appearance. The grating pitch can be determined according to user requirements.
       5. PLC can control its automatic operation according to the liquid level difference before and after the grille: and a manual switch is provided on site to realize manual operation. According to user needs, the operating program and the interface with total control can be designed according to actual needs to achieve remote control. The operation is simple, flexible and safe.
       6. In order to prevent accidental overload, it is equipped with overload current protection, and a safety pin protection is designed on the drive sprocket to implement dual mechanical and electrical protection, making the system safe and reliable.
