How it works
       The removal of organic pollutants and oxygen and nitrogen by WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment mainly relies on the AO biological treatment process in the equipment. The working principle is in Class A, because the concentration of organic matter in sewage is very high. The microorganisms are in an air-deficient state. At this time, the microorganisms are facultative microorganisms. They convert and decompose the organic ammonia in the sewage into NH3-N. At the same time, they use organic carbon as an electron donor to convert NO2.N and NO3-N into N2. They also use part of the organic carbon source and NH3N to synthesize new cell materials. Therefore, the A-level pool not only has a certain organic matter removal function, reducing the organic load of the subsequent aerobic pool to facilitate nitrification, but also relies on the higher concentration of organic matter present in the raw water. Complete denitrification and eliminate nitrogen eutrophication pollution. At level O, since the concentration of organic matter has been greatly reduced, a certain amount of organic matter and relatively high NH3N still exist. In order to further oxidize and decompose organic matter, nitrification can proceed smoothly when carbonization is completed. Set up an aerobic biological contact oxidation tank with low organic load at O ​​level. In the O-level pool, there are mainly aerobic microorganisms and aerobic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria). Among them, aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O; autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) use the inorganic carbon produced by the decomposition of organic matter or CO2 in the air as a nutrient source to convert NH3-N in the sewage into N2 ON, N3ON, and the effluent part of the O-level pool flows back to the A-level pool to provide electron acceptors for the A-level pool and eliminate nitrogen pollution through denitrification.

   In order to protect the environment and benefit future generations, Tongji University successfully developed the WSZ series of sewage treatment equipment. This equipment adopts biological treatment process and integrates the removal of BODs, COD and NH3-N. It is a sewage treatment equipment. It is widely used in high-end hotels. Domestic sewage treatment in villa communities and residential communities replaces septic tanks with very low removal rates. Field application has shown that the WSZ series sewage treatment equipment is a kind of equipment with very ideal treatment effect and easy management.

Technical parameters
       Adjustment pool: WSZ-AO series adjustment time is 8 hours.
       A-level biological pool: WSZ-AO series A-level biological pool is a push-flow biological contact oxidation pool. The residence time of sewage in the pool is 3 hours. The filler is elastic three-dimensional filler, and the filler specific surface area is 200m³/m².
 
       Secondary sedimentation tank: WSZ-AO series secondary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank with a surface load of 10m3/m².hr sedimentation time is 2.1 hours.
       Disinfection pool: WSZ-AO series disinfection pool is a cyclone reaction pool. The total residence time of sewage in the pool is about 30 minutes, and the hospital sewage is more than 1 hour.

Features
 
  The steel structure pool uses interpenetrating network anti-corrosion coating for anti-corrosion. It is a kind of rubber network and plastic network interpenetrating each other to form an interpenetrating network polymer. It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, gasoline, kerosene, aging and abrasion resistance, and can bring rust and prevent rust. After the equipment is generally painted, its anti-corrosion life can reach more than 12 years.
  And it is smaller than the activated sludge tank, has strong adaptability to water quality, good impact resistance, stable effluent water quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. At the same time, three-dimensional elastic filler is used in the biological contact oxidation tank. It has a large actual specific surface area and is easy for microorganisms to film and remove. Under the same organic load conditions, it has a higher removal rate of organic matter than other fillers and can increase the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
       4. Since a biological contact oxidation tank is used in the AO biological treatment process, the volume load of the filler is relatively low, and the microorganisms are in their own oxidation stage, so the amount of mud produced is less. In addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge tank. Therefore, the amount of sludge produced after the sewage passes through the TWZ series sewage treatment equipment is small, and generally only needs to be discharged once every 90 days.
       5. In addition to conventional blower silencer measures (such as vibration isolation pads, silencers, etc.), the WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment also installs new sound-absorbing materials on the inner wall of the blower room, so that the noise when the equipment is running is less than 50 decibels, reducing the impact on the surrounding environment.
       6. WSZ-AO series sewage equipment is equipped with soil deodorization facilities. It uses the upper space of the reinforced concrete structure pool to set up improved soil and air distribution pipes. When the odorous components are dissolved in the water contained in the soil through the soil layer, they are then transferred into the soil due to surface adsorption and chemical reactions of the soil, and are decomposed by microorganisms in it to achieve the purpose of deodorization.
       7. The WSZ-AO series sewage treatment equipment is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and an equipment damage alarm system. The equipment has good reliability, so it generally does not require dedicated management and only requires monthly and quarterly maintenance.
