1. According to the installation drawing and foundation drawing of the integrated sewage treatment equipment, prepare the foundation according to the size of the installation plan. Make a concrete base plate. The foundation requires an average pressure bearing of 5t/m2. The foundation must be level and can only be installed after the concrete foundation pouring and maintenance period. If the equipment is installed below the floor, the relative elevation of the foundation from the floor shall be based on the dimensions of the drawing. At the same time, the surrounding excavation width and length must be more than 500mm from the edge of the foundation to facilitate pipeline installation.

       2. Pipe installation and connection should be considered when the equipment is in place. The installation sequence should be in place according to the on-site comparison diagram. The position and direction of the cylinder cannot be misplaced, and the mutual spacing must be correct.

3. Connect the pipes according to the installation diagram. After the equipment is in place, tighten the connecting pipes with rubber pads to prevent leakage at the connections.

4. Integrated sewage treatment equipment After installation, it must be connected and fixed to the basic floor to ensure that it will not flow and float. At the same time, sewage must be injected into the equipment (when there is no sewage, use other water sources or tap water instead), and the fullness must reach more than 70% to prevent the equipment from floating. At the same time, check each pipe for leaks. The openings of the water test pipes must not leak, and the equipment must not be dislocated or tilted by rising ground water.

5. After the installation is complete and there are no defects, you can fill the surroundings and gaps of the equipment with soil and compact it, and level the ground. When filling the soil, please pay attention to: (1) The manhole cover must be about 50mm higher than the floor; (2) Do not let soil block the air inlet on the manhole cover.

  Must be protected from the sun, rain, etc. This prevents the control board and terminals from leaking electricity and burning the control board.

7. Pay attention to the installation diagram and pipeline connection diagram of the integrated sewage treatment equipment according to the standard connection and layout. If the user requires it, it can be arranged arbitrarily, but it must be proposed when signing the contract.

8. Connect the fan and water pump control lines, and pay attention to the correct direction of the fan and water pump.
