How to improve the working efficiency of integrated sewage equipment
How to improve the working efficiency of integrated sewage equipment? Let’s take a brief look at the measures in the sludge return and dehydration system.
1. Sludge return
For the A/O, A/A/O and oxidation ditch processes in the treatment equipment, the external reflux system is equipped with a variable frequency reflux pump. In order to meet the needs of production and not affect the quality of the effluent water, it is advisable to use a smaller return ratio through frequency conversion to save energy consumption. However, it must be pointed out that there is a corresponding contradiction between reducing MLSS to save energy and using a smaller return ratio to save energy. Because after reducing MLSS, the MSS of the return system also decreases accordingly. At this time, the sludge return volume must be increased.
Integrated sewage equipment Manufacturers can summarize and select a suitable return ratio based on water volume and sludge concentration.
2. Dehydration system
(1) Increasing the sludge concentration of the dehydrator can enable the sludge dehydrator to operate with high efficiency. Methods to increase the sludge concentration include: strengthening the concentration of the sludge storage tank and increasing the poppet valve of the secondary sedimentation tank.
(2) The dehydration system of the sewage plant all has a mud storage tank, and the sludge in the mud storage tank is pumped through the residual sludge pump. If you do not pay attention to the opening time of the remaining sludge pump and keep it open for a long time, when the water level in the mud storage tank is full, the remaining sludge will overflow through the overflow pipe and return to the water inlet or chemical pool, thus causing a waste of electrical energy.
(3) When the dehydrator is flushed, the integrated sewage equipment is still idling. The flushing time should be shortened as much as possible to save electricity and tap water.
