1. Advantages of integrated sewage equipment:

       1. It has strong ability to withstand impact loads, and the average residence time of the contact oxidation method is more than 6 hours.

       2. It has the ability to remove nitrogen and phosphorus, and can treat industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, and urban sewage by adjusting the structure of the equipment.

       3. The fillers in the contact oxidation tank are mostly combination soft fillers, which are light in weight, high in strength, stable in physical and chemical properties, large in specific surface area, strong in biofilm adhesion, and high in contact efficiency between sewage and biofilm.

       4. An aerator is used in the contact oxidation tank for blast aeration, so that the fiber bundles continuously float, the aeration is uniform, and the microorganisms grow and mature.

       5. The effluent quality is stable, the sludge production is small and it is easy to handle.

       6. The submersible pump can be installed in the equipment to reduce project investment.

       7. Integrated sewage equipment can be installed on the ground or buried underground. When buried underground, the upper part can be used for greening. The factory area occupies less space and there are fewer ground structures.

       8. Easy to complete automatic control and simple management and operation.

       9. The device can be connected to the car to become a mobile device.

       2. Disadvantages:

       1. It is not conducive to maintenance. After the equipment fails, it is inconvenient to repair and replace it.

       2. Weak adaptability to the environment. It needs to be protected from freezing in winter and flood-proof in summer. In the north, it needs to be buried deeper and insulated.

       3. Due to the limitations of integrated sewage equipment, this equipment can only be used in projects with relatively small wastewater volumes.

       4. The cost accounting for equipment replacement packing and MBR membrane replacement cleaning is relatively high.

       5. If the equipment is buried underground or exposed to the sun for a long time, it will be easily corroded and its service life will be greatly shortened.
