Classification of filter belts for integrated sewage treatment equipment
The classification of filter belts for integrated sewage treatment equipment is as follows:
The covering glue is made of rubber-plastic blend and filled with flexible materials with excellent acid and alkali resistance, which has better acid and alkali resistance than chloroprene rubber. The frame material is polyester canvas, which is more reliable in acid and alkali resistance than the canvas core. The drain hole is made of pure glue, which blocks acid and alkali liquid from entering through the cloth layer and causing the filter belt to stratify, thus reducing the service life of the filter belt.
2. Heat-resistant filter belt: used in
integrated sewage treatment equipment to filter high-temperature materials, 80℃<temperature<180℃. This is reflected by damage to the heat-resistant belt and loss of working ability. For different heat resistance levels, EPDM or styrene-butadiene rubber is used as the covering glue. The frame material is high-strength polyester canvas. Heat-resistant glass cloth is laid between the covering glue and the frame layer. A heat-resistant pure rubber layer is used for the drain hole to prevent high temperature damage to the frame. Extends the life of heat-resistant filter belts.
3. Oil-resistant filter belt: The covering glue uses nitrile glue with high acrylonitrile content as the main material, and polyester canvas as the skeleton material. It is suitable for filtration, oily materials and environments in contact with various working oils. It has the advantages of low volume change rate, high strength maintenance and wide application range.
4. Cold-resistant filter belt: Polyester canvas is used as the belt core, and the covering glue is a combination of rubber and butadiene rubber, which has the characteristics of high elasticity, impact resistance, and cold resistance. This filter belt of integrated sewage treatment equipment can be used normally in an environment of minus 40°C.
