The pressure test method after the installation of integrated sewage treatment equipment is as follows:
1After the equipment is installed, the strength test pressure and tightness test pressure (ie design pressure) should be carried out according to the pressure on the equipment nameplate. The test medium is clean water, and the test time is30min. The equipment is qualified if there is no leakage, no pressure drop, no damage, and no appearance deformation.
2The pressure test system must be equipped with two pressure gauges, and the reading of the high-point pressure gauge shall prevail. The measuring range of the pressure gauge is1.5-2times the standard upper limit pressure of the test system, and the accuracy is1.5level.
3After the pressure test of the integrated sewage treatment equipment is completed, the water should be drained in time, and the equipment should be dried and sealed with compressed air.
