       In the traditional sludge return pump method, the pump increases the amount of sludge and then returns it to the front end. The pump has a complex structure and consists of a motor, pump base, impeller, pump shaft and mechanical seal. In daily use, due to the different sludge content and occasional corrosiveness, the mechanical seal is often corroded, causing the pump to leak; secondly, because the sludge contains a large number of particles, the pump is often blocked. Cleaning the pump is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also inconvenient to operate and affects the operation of the equipment.
       The airlift sludge return system of integrated sewage equipment includes a sedimentation tank, sludge suction pipeline and air supply pipeline. There is a shell with an inner cavity above the sedimentation tank. One side of the shell is connected to the transportation pipe. One end of the mud suction pipe is connected to the inside of the shell. The other end of the mud suction pipe extends to the bottom of the sedimentation tank. The middle part of the mud suction pipe is connected to one end of the air supply pipe. The other end of the air supply pipe is connected to the air outlet of the air compressor.
       On this basis, integrated sewage equipment can also make the following improvements. The shell is a rectangular parallelepiped, and the upper end surface of the shell is provided with vertically arranged conduits. One end of the conduits is placed inside the shell, and one end of the mud suction pipe is bent and extended to communicate with the conduits. The top of the pipe allows high-pressure gas to flow out, and the sludge flows into the shell through the bottom of the pipe. At the same time, due to the influence of gravity and density, the sludge will not flow out from the upper end of the pipe.
       The upper end surface of the casing is provided with multiple transparent observation holes to facilitate observation of the situation inside the casing. An overflow sludge drain pipe is connected to the lower side of the shell to avoid excessive sludge in the shell. Part of the sludge is discharged through the overflow sludge drain pipe. There is a valve on the overflow sludge drain pipe. One end of the transportation pipeline away from the shell is connected to the anoxic tank, and the transportation pipeline is connected to the aerobic tank through a branch pipe. Valves are installed on the mud suction pipeline, gas supply pipeline, and transportation pipeline. It is convenient to control and adjust the closing or opening of each pipeline.
