Introduction to pressure test methods after installation of integrated sewage treatment equipment
After the integrated sewage treatment equipment is installed, the equipment needs to be pressure tested. Check the equipment for leaks, pressure drop, and damage to the equipment to ensure that the equipment will not be unable to operate due to too high or too low pressure.
When testing the internal pressure of the equipment, you should also clearly understand the pressure outside its working environment, because the pressure difference generated by the internal and external pressure can only guarantee the normal operation of the equipment under the standard required value, and will not have a negative impact on the sewage purification work, or even block the equipment due to the stagnant flow of internal sewage.
1After the equipment is installed, the strength test pressure and tightness test pressure (ie design pressure) of the equipment should be carried out according to the pressure on the equipment nameplate, the medium is clean water, and the time is30min. The equipment is qualified if there is no leakage, no pressure drop, no damage, and no appearance deformation.
2The pressure test system must be equipped with two pressure gauges, and the reading of the high-point pressure gauge shall prevail.
