       1, contact oxidation tank aeration is uneven

       Check whether the aeration fan outlet valve is in the normal position and whether the aeration head is damaged.

       2, unable to discharge water normally

       Check whether the connecting pipes of the contact oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, and sludge tank are blocked (the blockage is usually falling biofilm and damaged elastic three-dimensional filler).

       3, Biofilm hooking effect is not obvious

       examineIntegrated sewage equipmentCheck whether the aeration of the contact oxidation tank is uniform, and whether the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is pumped to the tank; if the above conditions are normal, add appropriate amounts of nutrients (sugar, urea, etc.) to the tank.

       4, automatic control failure

       examine自动控制柜电源是否正常；examine配套提升泵和曝气风机是否损坏（此时可形成电流过大，断路开关自动断开）。

       5, the effluent water quality does not meet the standard

       Integrated sewage equipment进水过大，接触氧化池曝气不均匀或长时间停运（此时须重新培养其生物膜）；沉淀池污泥过多（须除去污泥）；消毒装置停运和长期对出水不进行消毒。
