Things to check when choosing integrated sewage treatment equipment
1. Look at the steel plate and welding: Look at the raw materials of the integrated sewage treatment equipment, including the composition and composition of the steel plate. There is a big gap in the corrosion resistance of different materials. It is recommended to measure the thickness of the steel plate on site. Check whether the equipment is double-sided welded and whether the welding slag has been treated.
2. Check the reinforcing ribs: In order to enhance the strength of the equipment, there must be reinforcing ribs inside the equipment. The outside of the equipment with reinforcing ribs is flat and stable when standing on the top of the equipment. You can also check whether the inside of the equipment is reinforced by channel steel.
3. Check the configuration of water pumps and fans: Normal
integrated sewage treatment equipment requires 4 water pumps and 2 fans. Some manufacturers may simplify the configuration in order to reduce costs, which will cause trouble for the owner's subsequent delivery and acceptance.
4. Check the filling and aeration inside the pool: Many manufacturers still use elastic fillers, which have poor film-hanging effects. Now it has been slowly replaced by combined fillers. Combined fillers have a large specific surface area and good film-hanging effect. Then look at the filling density of the fillers.
5. Check the packing bracket: whether the selected packing bracket material meets the requirements. It is recommended that the packing support be made of galvanized threaded steel. Galvanized threads meet the requirements in terms of strength and anti-corrosion effect.
6. Check the sedimentation tank: whether the sedimentation tank is made into a cone-bottom shape (conducive to sludge return). If the manufacturer makes the sedimentation tank flat-bottomed, this will cause most of the sludge return pump to return sewage, losing the sludge return effect, resulting in poor treatment effect.
