Structural principles and characteristics of pumps for integrated sewage treatment equipment

        (1) Structure of the pump for integrated sewage treatment equipment: The pump consists of three parts: motor, transmission box, and cylinder.
        (2) The transmission box component is composed of a cam mechanism, a stroke adjustment mechanism and a speed ratio worm gear mechanism; the tappet stroke is adjusted by rotating the adjustment handwheel, and the elastic distance of the diaphragm is changed from the surface to achieve the purpose of changing the flow rate.
        (3) The cylinder component of the equipment pump is composed of a pump head, a suction valve group, a discharge valve group, and diaphragm bases.
        (4) The working principle of the pump for integrated sewage treatment equipment: the motor drives the worm through the coupling and is decelerated by the worm gear to make the main shaft and the eccentric wheel rotate. The eccentric wheel drives the tappet to reciprocate in the guide cylinder. The equipment uses a pump together with a diaphragm. Through the action of the one-way valve, a vacuum is gradually formed in the pump chamber. The suction valve opens and the liquid is sucked in. When the diaphragm moves forward, the suction valve closes and the discharge valve opens, and the liquid is discharged under the push of the diaphragm. The pump forms a continuous pressure and quantitative discharge of liquid through the reciprocating operation of adjusting the stroke.
        (5) Flow adjustment characteristics of pumps used in integrated sewage treatment equipment: The flow adjustment of the pump is achieved by rotating the adjustment handwheel to drive the adjustment screw to rotate, and then changing the distance between the tappets and changing the movement stroke of the diaphragm in the pump chamber to determine the flow rate.
