Briefly describe the components of integrated sewage equipment

       The main components of integrated sewage equipment:1, hydrolysis acidification tank;2, contact oxidation pond;3, impurity sedimentation tank;4, disinfection treatment;5, sludge aerobic digester.
       1, hydrolysis acidification tank
       The main purpose of this process is to pretreat sewage before treatment, conduct anaerobic fermentation of the wastewater in the water, and increase the biodegradability of the sewage. This is an important step before sewage treatment. It can directly affect the efficiency and treatment time of later sewage treatment, increase the efficiency of treatment and reduce consumption.
       2, contact oxidation pool
       Mainly, the effluent from the hydrolysis acidification tank flows to the contact oxidation tank for biochemical treatment. The objects in the raw sewage are degraded and purified here. The aerobic bacteria use the filler as a carrier and use the objects in the sewage as food to decompose them into inorganic salts, thereby achieving the purpose of purification.
       3, impurity sedimentation tank

The sedimentation tank is based on the principle of gravity. When the sewage containing suspended solids flows from bottom to top, the material is precipitated by gravity. The upper part of the sedimentation tank is equipped with an adjustable outlet weir to adjust the outlet water level; the lower part is equipped with a conical sedimentation area and a sludge gas device. The air source is provided by a fan, and the sludge is transported to the sludge aerobic digester by air lifting.
       4, disinfection treatment
       The disinfection tank and disinfection device can continuously change the amount of medicine added according to the water output, so as to achieve the purpose of adding more medicine with more water output and less medicine with less water output. If other devices are needed, they can be prepared separately.
       5, sludge aerobic digester
       Integrated sewage equipment的沉淀池所排放剩余污泥在池中进行好氧消化稳定处理,以减少污泥的体积和增加污泥的稳定性。好氧消化后的污泥量较少,清理时可从污泥池的检查孔伸到污泥池底部进行抽吸后外运。污泥好氧消化池上部设上清液回流装置,使上清液溢流至水解酸化池。
