If this equipment is buried below the floor, the foundation elevation must be less than or equal to the equipment elevation and ensure that water does not accumulate when it rains. The foundation is generally plain concrete (whether it is reinforced or not depends on the local geological conditions).
The overall installation of rural integrated sewage equipment. This equipment consists of two sets of pools, one is a reinforced concrete structure pool and the other is a steel structure pool. The reinforced concrete pool body is buried underground, and the steel structure body can be buried underground. The steel structure pool body and the civil engineering design drawings based on the steel structure pool body are provided by the equipment company. It is required that the surrounding excavation width must be more than 600mm larger than the plane size of the equipment. According to the installation diagram, use a crane to hoist the steel structure pool body into the pool. The installation must be carried out under the guidance of the equipment company's technical personnel. The boxes cannot be placed in the wrong direction. The equipment company will then be responsible for the pipe connections between the pools. After the installation is completed, the equipment must be filled with water, and each pipe interface should be tested for leaks. Only then can soil be filled in around the equipment and in the gaps, and the ground should be leveled. Connect the control line of the electric control cabinet to the equipment, and the electric control cabinet to the power supply. Pay attention to the direction of the fan and water pump when wiring. After the installation of rural integrated sewage equipment, it is necessary to ensure that there is no water on the ground when it rains. There must be no heavy objects on the top of the steel structure pool. It generally does not evacuate the sewage inside to prevent groundwater from floating the equipment. The equipment debugging work is the responsibility of the equipment company. In order to speed up the debugging work, bacteria can be put in. In order to avoid the loss of bacteria, the water inflow can be reduced and the fan can be started for aeration until a layer of orange-yellow biofilm grows on the filler, that is, the filler film is completed, and then the water inlet is increased to the rated flow rate.
After the filler film is completed, the microorganisms in the biological pool are acclimated, that is, the amount of aeration is gradually reduced, so that the biological pool is in an anoxic state, so that the microorganisms on the filler become facultative microorganisms, and then the microorganisms are adapted to operate until they meet the design requirements.
