Introducing the debugging work of integrated sewage equipment before operation

       Integrated sewage equipment requires a series of debugging work before official operation to ensure that the equipment can operate stably. The following are some pre-operation debugging tasks:
       1Check equipment integrity: Ensure that the components of the equipment are intact, including reaction tanks, pumps, pipelines, electrical systems, control panels, etc. Check the sealing performance of the equipment to avoid water leakage or leakage.

       7. Water pump start: Start the water pump system, check whether the water pump is operating normally, and ensure that there is sufficient water flow into the equipment. Check the water pump's suction and discharge pipes to make sure they are not clogged or leaking.
       8, Control system testing: Run the automatic and manual modes of the control system to test the operation of each part of the equipment. Check the control system’s alarm and fault detection capabilities to ensure they detect problems promptly.
       9, Water quality monitoring and adjustment: Monitor the water quality of wastewater to ensure that water quality parameters are within the required range. According to the monitoring data, the operating parameters of the equipment are adjusted to optimize the processing effect.
       10, Water leakage test: Carry out a water leakage test to ensure that the sealing performance of the equipment is good and there are no leakage problems.
       11, records and files: record debugging steps and test results, and establish operation manuals and maintenance records for the equipment.
       Once these commissioning tasks are completed, the integrated sewage equipment should be ready for official operation. Before the equipment is officially put into operation, ensure that the operating personnel understand the operation and maintenance requirements of the equipment and establish a regular maintenance and inspection plan to ensure the long-term performance and stability of the equipment.
