Analysis of common faults of integrated sewage equipment

       Integrated sewage equipment may encounter some common faults during operation. The following are some common faults and their possible analysis:
       1. Pumping station failure:
       Fault phenomenon: The pumping station cannot start or stop running, or there is abnormal noise during operation.
       Possible causes: power failure, motor damage, pump obstruction or damage, control system failure, etc.
       Analysis and processing: Check whether the power supply is normal, check the status of the motor and pump, clean or replace blocked or damaged parts, and check whether the control system is operating normally.
       2. Aeration equipment failure:
       Fault phenomenon: There are no bubbles or few bubbles in the aeration tank, the bubble size is uneven, and the bubble generation is unstable.
       Possible reasons: aeration device blocked, aeration head damaged, air supply system failure, etc.
       Analysis and processing: Check whether the aeration device is blocked or damaged, clean or replace corresponding parts, and check the pressure and stability of the air supply system of Integrated sewage equipment.
       3. Sedimentation tank failure:
       Fault phenomenon: The concentration of suspended solids in the sedimentation tank effluent is high, and the effluent water quality is not up to standard.
       Possible reasons: too much water inlet into the sedimentation tank, insufficient sludge return, too low sludge concentration, etc.
       Analysis and treatment: Adjust the water inlet volume and sludge return volume of the sedimentation tank to ensure appropriate sludge concentration and the formation of sludge layer.
       4. Control system failure:
       Fault phenomenon: The control system fails and cannot monitor and control the operation of the equipment normally.
       Possible reasons: sensor failure, controller failure, electrical connection problems, etc.
       Analysis and processing: Check the status of sensors and controllers, check whether electrical connections are normal, and repair or replace faulty parts.
       5. Water quality issues:
       Fault phenomenon: The water quality after treatment by integrated sewage equipment does not meet the standard, the dissolved oxygen concentration is too low or too high, the suspended solids concentration is greater than the limit, etc.
       Possible reasons: insufficient oxygen supply, insufficient aeration, poor sedimentation effect, etc.
       Analysis and treatment: Adjust the oxidizing gas supply, optimize the aeration system, and enhance the sedimentation effect of the sedimentation tank.
