Pretreatment work before operation of integrated sewage equipment

The following pretreatment work is required before the operation of integrated sewage equipment:
       1. On-site survey: It is necessary to conduct a survey of the location where the equipment is installed, including investigation of the on-site terrain, soil quality, groundwater level, underground pipelines, etc., to determine the installation location and infrastructure of the equipment.
       2. Sewage treatment design: Carry out system design based on site conditions and treatment requirements, including determination of treatment processes, equipment selection, pipeline layout and other plans.
       3. Civil construction: including site leveling, foundation construction, equipment foundation pouring, fences, ground anti-seepage and other civil construction projects.
       4. Pipeline installation: Install water inlet pipes, water outlet pipes and air pipes according to the design plan, ensuring the sealing and firm connection of the pipes.
       5. Equipment installation: Install integrated sewage equipment according to the design plan, including installation brackets, equipment bodies, etc., and ensure the horizontality and verticality of the equipment.
       6. Equipment debugging: After completing the equipment installation, the system needs to be debugged, including testing and adjustment of water inlet flow, outlet flow, treatment effect and other indicators.
       7. Operation test: Conduct an operation test on the equipment for a corresponding period of time to verify whether the performance and processing effect of the equipment meet the design requirements.
       8. On-site training: Provide training for integrated sewage equipment operators, including knowledge on equipment operation, daily maintenance and upkeep.
