       During the operation of integrated sewage equipment, some parts have large vibration amplitudes, and problems such as loosening and falling off of bolts are easy to occur, and the foundation of the equipment may be pulled over. Therefore, maintenance personnel must regularly check the bolt tightening of important connection parts such as flanges, rails of bridge equipment, and couplings, and use wrenches to tighten them in time. 

       There are some accessories on the equipment that can protect the equipment and operators. For example, emergency stop switches, air switches, overload alarm devices and leakage protectors all have protective functions. Once these parts fail, they will cause major accidents. After discovering the fault, the staff should repair and replace it in time, and shut down the machine when necessary. When managing spare parts for integrated sewage equipment, the equipment management department should regularly inventory and purchase spare parts to avoid affecting normal operation due to lack of spare parts.
