The installation of self-priming pumps in sewage treatment is very simple. Generally speaking, the self-priming pump we get is installed as a whole. Just install it in a fixed place. During installation, just connect the water pipe to the outlet pipe of the self-priming pump, and the water inlet should also be connected to the pipe. Then, put the pipe of the water inlet pipe into the water tank to turn on the electricity. In this way, the water outlet can be discharged after being connected to the water outlet.

       So, is a self-priming pump installed in integrated sewage equipment? The specific method is as follows:

       1. When laboratory integrated sewage equipment uses biochemical methods, flat membranes are sometimes used. At this time, a self-priming pump needs to be installed to ensure treatment effect and efficiency. It is recommended that when installing a self-priming pump, the water inlet of the self-priming pump should be lower than the effective water level in the membrane bioreactor pool to ensure long-term stable operation of the suction pump. However, care should be taken to avoid siphoning, because once siphoning occurs, it may lead to poor treatment effect and water leakage;

       2. If the water inlet of the self-priming pump is higher than the effective water level of the membrane bioreactor pool, a water tank should be installed at the water inlet of the self-priming pump to ensure the long-term stable operation of the self-priming pump and prevent the self-priming pump from being drained;

       3. When the self-priming pump just starts working, it should be filled with water and exhausted. Otherwise, the self-priming pump may not be able to pump water, and long-term operation will damage the self-priming pump itself. Due to the existence of negative pressure, the pump body must be filled and exhausted;

       4. The self-priming pump should be equipped with a frequency converter or a regulating valve to ensure that the water effluent from the membrane bioreactor is constant outflow and to ensure the long-term effective operation of the pump body.

       After the self-priming pump in the integrated sewage equipment is installed, liquid must be injected into the pump cavity. Before starting the self-priming pump, fill the pump cavity with liquid to achieve the purpose of exhausting. Check whether the impeller has any friction sound or sticking, and whether there is any leakage in the pump. If there is sticking or friction sound, the pump should be disassembled, the specific cause should be checked, and the problem should be solved.
