Factors affecting filtration of integrated sewage treatment equipment

The main factors affecting the filtration of integrated sewage treatment equipment are as follows:
       1. Temperature
During filtration, the temperature of the suspension is low, the viscosity is high, and the filtration speed is slow. The viscosity of a liquid is an exponential function of temperature, which decreases significantly as the temperature increases. Warming up is a simple measure to reduce the viscosity, but if the temperature is too high, it is easy to oxidize the grease. The filtration temperature of crude oil is generally not greater than 70 degrees.
       2. Operating pressure
Most of the impurities in crude oil are incompressible impurities. The operating pressure is strong and the filtration rate is also high. If the suspended solid matter is composed of colloidal matter, then as the pressure increases, the gaps in the filter cake become smaller, the filtration resistance gradually increases, and the filtration speed decreases. Therefore, the pressure of Integrated sewage treatment equipment must be determined according to different situations.
       3. Suspension concentration
The high concentration and large amount of filter residue shorten the filtration time in each operation cycle of intermittent production, affecting the output. For the operation of a continuous vacuum filter, the filter cake generated when the concentration is larger is more uniform. It is easy to clean in time and has little impact on output.
       4. Filter media and filter aids
The choice of filter media affects the degree of clarification after filtration and whether the cake is discharged smoothly. For suspensions containing more colloidal particles, adding filter aids can increase the filtration speed of integrated sewage treatment equipment.
