Integrated sewage equipment is an equipment that integrates primary sedimentation tank, primary and secondary contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank and sludge tank. Let’s take a look at its construction steps and requirements.
1, according to the installation drawing and foundation drawing, prepare the foundation according to the size of the installation plan, make a concrete base plate, the foundation requires an average pressure bearing5t/m2, the foundation must be level, and can only be installed after the concrete foundation pouring and maintenance period. If the equipment is installed below the floor, the relative elevation of the foundation from the floor shall be based on the dimensions of the drawing. At the same time, the surrounding excavation width and length must be more than500mmfrom the edge of the foundation to facilitate pipeline installation.
2Pipe installation and connection should be considered when the equipment is in place. When the equipment is in place, the equipment's self-weight must be according to the instruction manual and the tonnage of the crane must be matched. The installation sequence must be in place according to the on-site comparison diagram. The position and direction of the cylinder must not be misplaced, and the distance between each other must be correct.
3, Connect the pipes according to the installation diagram,

4After installation, the equipment should be connected and fixed with the base plate to ensure that the equipment will not float. At the same time, inject sewage into the equipment (if there is no sewage, use other water sources or tap water instead). The fullness should be above70to prevent the equipment from floating. At the same time, check each pipe for leaks. There must be no leakage at the intersection of each water testing pipe, and the equipment must not be dislocated or tilted due to rising surface water.
5、把电控柜控制线与Integrated sewage equipment接通,接线时注意风机及潜污泵电机的转向,控制柜要放在通风处,保持干燥,一般控制柜不能放在露天,须防日晒,淋雨等。以免控制板及接线头漏电,烧毁控制板。
