Containerized integrated sewage treatment equipment
An important component of container-type integrated sewage treatment equipment is the membrane bioreactor (MBR). When sewage enters the MBR system, area A is an aerobic area, where fillers are placed and fully contacted with activated sludge; area O is an aerobic area, where membrane modules are placed, and MBR membranes are used to retain activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter, eliminating the need for a secondary sedimentation tank. The activated sludge concentration is thus increased, the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and the sludge retention time (SRT) can be controlled separately, while the refractory substances are continuously reacted and degraded in the reactor. After further treatment, the treated water can be discharged or reused if it meets the standards. In addition, the air delivered to the MBR system is also an important part of the treatment process. It can promote the circulation of fluid in the reactor, improve the degradation efficiency of activated sludge, and can also cause mutual friction between the hollow fiber membrane filaments and clean the membrane components.
