Integrated air flotation equipment machine
Air flotation equipment is mainly used for the separation and removal of fine suspended solids with a density close to water. The air flotation method is a water purification method that uses dissolved air water produced through a dissolved air system. After rapid decompression and release, a large number of fine bubbles are generated in the water. Several bubbles adhere to the surface of flocculated impurity particles in the water, forming suspended solids with an overall density of less than 1g/m³. A water purification method that causes solid-liquid separation by rising to the water surface through buoyancy. The main design parameters of the air flotation process include residence time, flocculation time, surface loading rate, reflux ratio, dissolved air pressure, etc. According to the treatment effect requirements, the dissolved air pressure and reflux ratio can be adjusted, and operation and maintenance costs can be effectively reduced. In addition, the air flotation method can solve the problems that the sedimentation method cannot solve, and due to the short residence time, the equipment cost of the air flotation tank is less than that of the sedimentation tank, but it can achieve good treatment results.
